The Republic Golf Club, known for 18 years as the #1 rated public course in San Antonio, sold to a developer in April 2020 for a mixed use development with a park along Salado Creek. Hopefully it will reflect the beauty of the former golf course. HPA brokered the land deal that enabled the golf course in 2001. The golf course transformed the south side of San Antonio, encouraging quality housing, retail, and a new elementary school, for which HPA also brokered the land. We will hold The Republic Golf Club in our hearts always for it's contribution to San Antonio. We are very proud to have played a small role in it's development.
