HPA brokered the land transaction underlying a golf course in San Antonio, Texas. It was an 18 hole championship course. It closed in May 2022 due to Covid.
This project improved the neighborhood profile and served as a catalyst to encourage the development of over 300 new homes and 900,000 square feet of retail shopping within a mile of the golf course.

Briarbend Apartment Sale HPA listed this 48 unit apartment community in New Braunfels, Texas and gave it international exposure.. We had three offers for 97.5 % of the asking price. Two of the offers came in writing in the same week, discouraging the third offer. The sale closed in 45 days.

The Southeast Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas had been trying to buy this site for an elementary school for over a year. The land owner would not sell them the frontage on S.E. Military Drive because he wanted to save it for commercial development, though he had no housing developed on the 200 acre site. He wanted the school to build on the rear of the site, but the school did not have the budget to take the street and utilities to the rear.
HPA heard of the situation and called the school superintendent. He employed HPA, at no cost to the District, to represent SEISD in the acquisition of the site. Working together, we contracted for the frontage site and closed it in 90 days. The school started construction the following Spring and was completed in a year.
The children in that area now have a new school. That school spawned the construction on the surrounding land of 500 affordable single family homes within three years, with an eventual build-out of 1500 homes. The Seller sold most of his land at a good price and is left with a prime commercial retail site across from the school and in front of the homes.
